Jennifer and I have been married for over 20 years, have two sons and a dog named Maya. While both of us have been involved in fitness for decades it took Covid for us to take the time to get full fitness certifications; Jen as a certified yoga instructor and me as a Personal Trainer.
Our goal in going through these certifications was for us to get all of the training needed be able to best introduce people to fitness classes with the intent of building strength, balance, flexibility and feeling confident at the beach bar we intend to own soon!
Our focus is on the over 40 crowd when your body starts to really work against you without some fitness attention but can keep up with the young guns as well!
We get enough judgement in our week without added the stress of having to live up to some ideal in our personal fitness journey. And it is a journey. You will start wherever you are, and exactly as you are and move forward in a health journey focused on living longer and better. So come and join us!
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
